Metal foils covered with copper are broadly used in CVD films due to the easy processing and high conductivity. The metal films produced by us were made up Cu layer,0.5~10¼m on fixed thickness substrates and settled up Cu nodule treatment if it need join with polymers. At present, JeonYoung produce some copper foils to micro size- with various roughness in accordance with customer's requirements.
