Jeonyoung Electrochemicals specializes in ultra-thin metal foil surface finishing by Ni, Ag, Cu or Tin / Zink alloy plating or even Ternary alloy plating. As one of the major products, Jeonyoung provides single-sided or double-sided 0. 1~2um-thick Ni-plated copper foils of which total thickness normally ranges 18 ~ 35um.
Either side or both sides can be treated to various types of surface morphology according to customers' diverse requirements and the special properties of each applications. For example, matt side is given a sort of nodular treatment for even more tight and durable adhesion or bonding between nodulated surface and polymer materials (PE, PI, and PET) , while the other side remains shinny or else according to its own purpose.
